This is a “hands-on” service that provides responsible consistent website maintenance and improvements to provide better security and performance as the World Wide Web, the Internet, and WordPress evolve.
The Continuous Improvement Review benefit is also what makes this service comprehensive. Twice a year we check for outdated or obsolete tools and apply website improvements we’ve tested and scheduled for that update cycle.
Website tools and best practices are constantly changing and so will your site. You’ll take advantage of those changes instead of letting them turn into disadvantages.
Who is a fit for the Express Maintenance? Informational or “Brochure” websites with no advanced functionality, requiring minimal website changes, and with primarily client referral traffic are websites that benefit from this type of maintenance. MORE INFORMATION

Updates are as they become available, trusted plugins with minor security/fix updates are scheduled to auto-update.
At the end of the month, the WordPress Core, plugins, and theme updates are completed with the database optimization and post update tests. Intermittent updates may be made throughout the month as needed.
The update cycle may shift to accommodate the timing of major updates or security alerts.
As part of your monthly maintenance we want you to feel like you have a place to get a quick answer or guidance.
Use the Support Request form to submit a question in the scope of a 10-15 minute answer. We respond with a quick email and perhaps a screen capture within a business day. If emails are turning into a conversation or answers require more information we can book some planning or support time.
Often a simple adjustment will correct an issue. When there isn’t an immediate solution we can discuss the options to correct the issue and the different budget considerations. Additional work is scoped and invoiced separately.

Yes. To request a change to your monthly maintenance services fill out the Support Request Form at least 1 week before the end of the current billing cycle. We’ll change your account level for the next billing cycle.
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. After signup, cards are auto-billed each month on the day the account was created on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan.
No. Professional and Professional Plus Maintenance is a month to month service. And the Annual Express is billed annually. Cancel at least 1 week before the start of the next billing cycle by filling out this form.
